Categories include: Outstanding Contribution of an
Individual (Youth and Adult) Community Group, Educator and Business (Nominee has gone above and beyond the expected of an Educator, Business, Community Group or Individual in the area of removing barriers for individuals with disabilities) Outstanding Accomplishment of an Individual with a Disability (Youth and Adult) (Nominee living with a disability has overcome their personal barriers to achieve or fulfill their personal goal or dream, or an individual with a disability who has had a dramatic impact or influence on their community. |
